Welcome to SNAXE ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SNAXE application, provided to you by the SNAXE team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
SNAXE is currently in active development and is made available for demonstration purposes only. The App is a pre-release, experimental product and may contain bugs, errors, inaccuracies, incomplete features, or other issues. Features, content, design and behaviour may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time without prior notice.

SNAXE is a self-help application designed to offer light, playful activities and games. It is NOT a medical device, medical app, or healthcare service. The App:

The App is intended purely as a self-help and entertainment tool. Any content, exercises, games, prompts or suggestions within the App are provided for general informational and self-reflection purposes only. Outcomes will vary from person to person, and the App makes no promises regarding results, improvements in wellbeing, behaviour, performance or any other outcome.
You are fully responsible for how you use the App and for the decisions you make based on your experience with it. By using the App you agree that:
You must think for yourself when using the App. The App does not replace your own reasoning, common sense or professional advice.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the App. If you are under the applicable age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including its design, code, graphics, text, sounds, game mechanics, trademarks and logos, are owned by or licensed to the SNAXE team. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes during the demo period. No other rights are granted.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that any defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, INJURY OR HARM OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
You use the App entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits liability which cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SNAXE team and its members, contractors and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Because the App is in development, we may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the SNAXE team is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
